Services

Swedish Massage
One of the most commonly taught and well-known massage techniques, Swedish massage, is a vigorous system of treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. The many benefits of Swedish massage may include generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and improved circulation, which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury.

Deep Tissue Massage
Techniques that utilize deep-tissue massage are administered to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. It helps with chronic muscular pain, injury rehabilitation, and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis.

Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle, noninvasive method of evaluating and enhancing the function of a physiological body arrangement called the craniosacral system. This manual therapy enhances the body's natural healing processes and has proven effective in treating a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Reiki
Combining of universal energy with individual energy to open pathways of healing. This energy healing method involves placing the hands on or just above the body in order to align the charkas and bring healing energy to organs and glands. The practitioner, trained to access and serve as a channel for the life energy, uses a passive touch that some clients experience as a warmth or tingling. Treatments work by dissolving or eliminating toxic energy and substances from many levels of one's being, whether it is physical, emotional or mental. This works to strengthen the harmonic flow of energy within in the body.

Elder Massage
Massage techniques modified to accommodate elder body type and issues. There are some conditions (known as contraindications) where massage is not recommended. Consulting your physician prior to scheduling an appointment is recommended.

Hospice Massage
Using Everflowing touch, a gentle, nurturing touch delivered through rhythmic stroking and holding of the body with the intent of providing comfort and validation for the client.

Degriefing®: Integrative Grief Therapy
Degriefing® is a holistic approach to healing grief related pain. It combines effective verbal counseling therapies with individualized physical care. The techniques used in the degriefing process are intended to ease a person's emotional distress, mental anguish, and physical discomforts. The goal of degriefing is to unlock blockages that have developed in the body and shift them to a more harmonious state.

Chair Massage
Known as seated massage, chair massage, or on-site massage, this technique involves the use of a specially designed massage chair in which the client sits comfortably. Seated massage sessions range from 10 to 20 minutes with the client fully clothed.
